WISPA GOLD – CARLISLE

A convenience store in Carlisle today became the scene of much drama, including Ministers in skimpy gold dresses, a gold balloon arch and an over-excited shopkeeper (Billy Bone, pictured) in a gold sequin suit. This shop was the very first in the whole of the UK to sell a Wispa Gold. Oh yes indeedy.

TRIDENT UNWRAPPED MUSICAL CHAIRS – WESTFIELD CENTRE

A large day of fun, promoted by Capital Radio, in which 100 x Trident Unwrapped fold-up chairs were placed all over London, each featuring an invitation in a gold envelope. At the same time an additional 200 x chairs were arranged at the Westfield Shopping Centre in the shape of a giant “B” for Beyonce. The ensuing game of Musical Chairs at the Westfield Atrium attracted a massive crowd, with many people having carried fold-up chairs across town to be there. The event was (quite literally) a smash, and allowed us to give away masses of tickets to Beyonce in November. Video – by Stitchthis Prods – went up overnight.

TALK TALK PUT-POCKETING – LONDON

This initiative was launched with Talk Talk yesterday, turning pickpocketing on its head by using ex-pickpockets to secretly put money (ranging from £5-£20 notes) into pockets and handbags without people noticing. A team of 20 specialist “put-pockets” has been assembled nationwide, to prove that companies can still give something back to Britons, with no strings attached. Talk Talk have dedicated £100,000 to “put-pockets” across the country in the next three months; and we filmed former pickpocket, Chris Fitch – now TalkTalk Head of Put-Pocketing – with his colleagues, in action…

ROBINSONS SEARCH FOR A STAR – TOUR

Drinks brand Robinsons is offering youngsters the chance to shine alongside pantomime stars like Joanna Page, Kara Tointon and Joe Swash (pictured below) in the country’s biggest seasonal shows. “The Search for a Star” competition invites children between the ages of 6 and 16 to audition for a part – and our Ministry Pantomime Dames, equipped with their own mini-theatre, are camping it up something rotten, targetting a couple of cities each day…to be appearing at a location near you soon (oh yes they are!)
