PLAYBOY CLUB LONDON

Last night MOF produced a Fashion Show at the brand new Playboy Club London. A line-up of fabulous Bunny Girls (choreographed by the wonderful Minister Nicky) hit the red carpet and  showcased Playboy Bunny costumes dating back to the 1960’s, culminating in the reveal of a one-off couture costume designed by Marchesa.

ABBEYFIELD SKILLS SWAP

Acting legend Geoffrey Palmer OBE was in our ISDN studio this morning, chatting to the media about Abbeyfield Week 2011 (10th-19th June). The theme this year is AGEnda – a Generational Skills Swap. By hosting events in Abbeyfield houses and homes, the organisation will enable residents to have fun interacting with young people to swap skills unknown to each other. The ‘skills swaps’ could be anything from computer skills to knitting to discussing differences in their lifestyles.

Abbeyfield is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to making the lives of older people easier and more fulfilling. They help people to live independently by providing a range of services, all of which are linked to the local community.

To further promote Abbeyfield Week 2011, we also produced this viral:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VDbn5R3Gua4

OCEANS OF FUN AT SELFRIDGES

Big day at Selfridges yesterday, launching Ocean. This is a MASSIVE project running  between 11th May – 12th June, for which Selfridges is partnering with more than 20 environmental and conservation groups to celebrate the beauty of the ocean, highlight the issue of over-fishing, help us all understand the threats to the ocean and make positive choices about the right fish to buy and eat.

For loads more information of what’s going on, and how to get involved, please take a look at this: www.selfridges.com/en/StaticPage/ProjectOcean/#/

Our role yesterday was to create fun and photo-opportunities using a crack MOF team of in-store frogmen, lifeguards, bathing beauties, placard carriers – and even a bongo player. Highlights of the day included the sight of 12 frogmen marching through the perfume department at 7.30am…and meeting an array of celebrity visitors, ranging from Cat Deeley to HRH Prince Charles.

A great occasion, with lots of Media coverage, too. The work continues…

WE DON’T HAVE TO TAKE OUR CLOTHES OFF

A very amusing day recreating the genius of the latest Cadburys TV ad. A team of Ministers assembled at Pineapple Studios this morning to learn our very own specially choreographed hi-energy routine which will be performed at Cadburys head office next week…with the promise of more appearances thereafter.

So, if you see a giant tweed jacket strutting down the high street, then enjoy a glass and a half of a joy with us!
