Bahamas/Miss Universe – Beach Towels
Following this morning’s photocall on the wobbly bridge, a team of Ministers set-off to lay bright yellow beach towels all over London. The towels are branded with the Bahamas logo – and the words “Take Me” – and attached to each towel is a post card carrying details of how to win a trip to the Bahamas during the Miss Universe pageant. It’s a simple thing and, in this weather, seems to be a hit. Activity finishes at the end of the week…

Bahamas/Miss Universe
The Caribbean sunshine came with us as our 10 x Ministry girls posed along the South Bank with Miss Universe GB (the lovely Clair Cooper) this morning. The aim here was to launch the Bahamas’ official association with the Miss Universe Pageant, to be held at Atlantis Paradise Island, Bahamas on August 23rd. We were also accompanied by the Bahamas’ Special Envoy for Miss Universe, Mr Timothy Dodd, for whom we will be booking a day of ISDN interviews in our studio next month.
